Terms of Service — Gemdelve

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Gemdelve on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except as permitted by law.
• Do not use cheats, bots, or exploits, or interfere with the Game's normal operation.
• Do not use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

3. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g. coin packs, hints, ad removal, VIP). All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and subject to their terms. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

4. Advertising

The Game may display advertising, including rewarded ads, served by third parties subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Virtual Items & Progress

Game progress and virtual items are stored on your device and, where available, via cloud save. We are not responsible for loss of progress due to device failure, uninstalling the Game, or clearing its data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, art, audio, and trademarks, is owned by NosferTech and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 1.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NosferTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Spain, where permitted by law.
