Gemdelve is playable without an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number. Depending on the features you use, the following data may be processed:

• Game progress & settings — stored locally on your device.
• Advertising identifiers & usage data — via our advertising and analytics partners.
• Purchase records — handled by Google Play / Apple App Store (we never receive full payment details).
• Crash & diagnostic data — anonymous technical information.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Game.
• To save and restore your progress.
• To display advertising and process in-app purchases.
• To diagnose crashes and analyse aggregate usage.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob — advertising.
• Google Play Services / Firebase — analytics, crash reporting, purchases.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchase processing.

You can opt out of personalised ads via your device settings ("Reset/Delete advertising ID" or "Limit ad tracking") and through the in-app consent prompt where required.

5. Children's Privacy

Gemdelve is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. To request deletion, see our Data Deletion page or email privacy@nosfertech.com.
