Through our chatbot service, we may collect:
- Name and phone number (via WhatsApp)
- Appointment details (date, time, service requested)
- Conversation history with the chatbot
- Email address (if provided via contact form)
3. Purpose of Processing
We process personal data to:
- Provide the automated appointment booking service
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders
- Improve our service quality
4. Legal Basis
We process data based on: (a) the performance of a contract (appointment booking), (b) legitimate interests (service improvement), and (c) consent (marketing communications, if applicable).
5. Data Sharing
We use the following third-party services:
- WhatsApp Business API (Meta) - Message delivery
- Google Calendar - Appointment management
- Supabase - Data storage (EU region)
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
Appointment data is retained for 12 months after the service date. Conversation logs are retained for 6 months. You may request deletion at any time.

Under GDPR (Europe) and Habeas Data (Law 1581/2012, Colombia), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability

8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, automated daily backups, and 24/7 monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
